I'm Back!
i know its been a long time since i left you witout some dope words to make fun of ... but im back in the yard to say whats up ... its been kinda rough dis last month on me... but i held it together and stayed strong ... i figured what don't kill me make me stronger... i know i messed up before and even fumbled, but it's something about me that a lot of people wouldn't believe... i put my shirt and pants on da same way u do... but on a nother note, we started workouts again and its time to do work all over again... hold ya chin up... nuh nuh nuh... gone

I just hope you got your life in order. I am a person that believes in 2nd and 3rd chances. After 3rd strike your out. I got a feeling that you have learned your lesson andwill do things the right way on and off the field for now on. I understand that you and I put on our shirts and pants the same way. You are a very talented football player and can really pound the rock. I just hope from now on you will do things the right way on and off the field. I am teliing you that if you stay out of trouble good things will happen for you on and off the field. I tell you this because I care! Today, March 24, is my 38th birthday and I am more than happy to give you these words of encouragement. I am a Steelers fan and I saw that when Santonio Holmes got his life together after his off field mistakes that good things happened to him when Coach Tomlin suspended him and disciplined him. It really hit him that doing things the right way on and off the field really works. He ends up being the Super Bowl MVP for my hometown Pittsburgh Steelers. These are words of wisdom for you from your 38 year old birthday boy. I am looking forward to see what happens on and off the field with you. I know it can be reall good! I like watching you play so please do it the right way my friend!!!!

Go beyond the old life and see there is a different, better life to live. And remember... When your contract is up with Buffalo... Think about how the Bills and the Bills fans stood by you. Hey Marshawn keep your head up. We all know Goodell gona give you a suspnesion, but you'll be back and will get over that 1000 yard mark and return to the Pro Bowl. Hopefully, Buffalo can get to the playoffs this season where you'll be given that rock and unleash the Beast Mode.

Your heading down the wrong path and hopefully Goodell does you a favor and sticks you with a harsh punishment. Maybe than you will realize it doesnt *pay* to act like thug. Your in a position that many people dream of and work hard to get to but never make. Take advantage of it, dont throw it away. You get paid not just for your performance on the field but to represent your franchise when youre off it. You should take a second and imagine all the young kids that look up to you as a role model and now think its cool or ok to carry a gun because Marshawn did.

You should read the facts before you degrade someone else for knowing them. Marshawn was arrested for felony possesion of a concealed fire arm, which means he didn't have a permit. The cops found Marshawn and two of his buddies chillin' in their Benz with a loaded weapon that belonged to Marshawn. So, Marshawn followed up his hit and run a couple years ago with a felony gun charge that has been reduced to a misdemeanor. Sorry, but I don't feel bad about any kind of punishment this guy gets.

This sounds like trial by blog. Everyone deserves a trial on the merits of the case, and judged by a jury of his peers. Being accused isn't being convicted. Brinkster it's a good thing for Marshawn you're not in charge of the case. Whether he makes a lot of money or not let justice prevail.

Hey Marshawn! Glad you feel a weight is lifted and are back! Believe it or not I think I can understand a bit what you are going through and your feelings on "critics" and why they are there. Not all but some critics are just superimposing their life on to your's because they obviously have their own issues they can't deal with. Anyhoo, I'l just say it is noble to sacrifice yourself for a good cause. However, sacrificing yourself so you don't feel you are abandoning or betraying your friends is not a good idea. If your homies do not understand that you can't hang out, play and carry guns in the hood anymore they are NOT your friends anyway - true friends would support you in succeeding.
Also just want to take the chance to say thanks for training camp. I remember reading you make a point of interacting with kids over adults and media. After a camp practice you were done with autographs and were walking away from the wall. We were on the end and you didn't see us but I yelled "we have a little one you missed". True to character you turned and walked back to sign some stuff for our 8 year old who had never seen the Bills in person and waited all night for a Marshawn signing. Thats all I need to know about ya! Thanks again and would you please run over top of Teddy Bruschi! -

in case you didn't know beast mode is the culture of the buffalo bills and if the unfortunate incident occurs that Lynch isnt playing if you saw the last game of the year Mr. Freddie Jackson got beast mode all over those patriots, even though we lost.....we WILL win the SUPER BOWL
