Spoiler: Did The Undertaker Just Reveal WrestleMania 41 Host City
wwe

As WWE fans around the globe await the news, did The Undertaker just reveal the WrestleMania 41 host city in an interview?

Let’s do a bit of a recap, first and foremost. In many years, especially in recent history, we already know the host city for the next year’s WrestleMania before we’ve even had this year’s event. I can remember the future WrestleMania host city being announced ahead of time. Sometimes weeks before the current iteration of the biggest show of the year. Maybe once or twice, it was revealed during the WrestleMania week festivities? In any case, as we saw WrestleMania 40 come and go, we all were waiting for news of where we’d go next for WrestleMania 41.

In recent months, one city had been heavily rumored. Some even considered it a done deal, but not formally announced. Specifically, it had been believed that Minneapolis would be the host of WrestleMania 41. The event would land in US Bank Stadium. City officials have long been excited for the event. Some may have been a bit too cocky about thinking they’d won the bid to host the event. As of late April, WWE had not announced the city-or any city-as host for next year.

Did Plans Change?

Considering most can’t remember the last time where we didn’t know where WrestleMania was going next…have things changed? Honestly, when WWE hosted it’s WrestleMania 40 press event in Las Vegas, fans (including this one) wondered. We thought that we might have gotten a swerve there. Like, in addition to hyping the events for Philadelphia, some thought that perhaps Nick Khan would say “oh, by the way, we will be here for number 41 next year”. Imagine if we found out from The Undertaker instead? I mean, The Undertaker, WrestleMania? It works, right?

Well, there could be something to that. The Undertaker might know a bit more than most. Or maybe he reads the same dirt sheets we all do. But in a recent interview, as covered by numerous sites such as TJR, the Dead Man may have let it slip. He said, very authoritatively, that next year’s big event would be in Las Vegas. It’s just the latest hint that maybe WWE is bringing the Grandest Stage of Them All to Sin City. One thing we know for sure, after a chilly night 1 of WrestleMania 40 in Philly. Nick Khan won’t be locking WWE into an outdoor, Northeast US WrestleMania again any time soon-at least not in early April. However, April in an indoor stadium would be no issue at all. For now, we don’t yet know if The Underaker spoiled the WrestleMania 41 host city. We should know soon enough. Which begs another question. Will we see The Undertaker AT WrestleMania 41?
